Now the final member of this evil foursome has returned, and with him he brings the power of Death itself. This is the Mythic Legions: Necronominus wave!
This latest wave of Mythic Legions figures is by far the most detailed and ambitious ever!
This particular wave features two of our most popular kinds of characters - knights and skeletons, and we have introduced brand new builds for both of these character classes in this wave, including a full skeleton body.
On the heroic side of this release we have another of our “version 2” figures in a newly created version of the popular hero, Sir Gideon Heavensbrand! This character has been resculpted from head to toe for this new version, and his deluxe horse, Bishop, is also available separately in this wave. We also have a new knight figure in Sir Adalric, one of our very popular Templars in Sir Elijah, and our first ever ogre-scale knight in the heroic paladin named Sir Ucczajk!
These figures come with premium soft goods, brand new weapons, extra hands, and extra heads. On that last note, all these heroes (except for Gideon) also include bonus “dead heads”, allowing fans to create skeletal versions of these characters for their undead armies!
Speaking of the undead army, the forces of Necronominus in this wave start with the faction’s namesake and the fourth member of the Dark Four, Necronominus himself. This deluxe figure includes incredible new sculpting, soft goods, and a new pair of massive skeleton wings. He is joined by his fully skeletal horse, Conabus, and his herald - the terrifying Maxillius the Harvester! This last figure has proven to be the most
popular in the wave, in large part because he can be displayed as the herald character, as a classic Grim Reaper, or minus all his robes as a full head to toe skeleton.
Rounding out the Necronominus faction in this wave is the large Undead Builder Pack with both zombie and ghost parts, the female beastmaster named Belualyth with her skeleton chimera, and the monstrous terror known as the Turpiculi!
Add in some hand packs for both the skeletons and the knights and a set of new knight weapons and the Mythic Legions: Necronominus wave is one of the best releases ever offered!
The Necronominus wave was first revealed and made available for pre-order on November 4th, 2022. This wave continued the theme of introducing one of the ancient dark powers of Mythoss and pitting their namesake faction against the heroic faction that opposes them. This wave was released on February 16th, 2025.
